What can I expect from the event?
Roller skate your way through the iconic Oculus, surrounded by festive holiday music and good cheer. Whether you're skating to holiday beats or enjoying the lively atmosphere, there's something for everyone this season.

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
On average, guests spend about 45 minutes enjoying this experience. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled session with your e-ticket and signed waiver ready at check-in if you've purchased in advance. Please find the waiver here to review prior to arrival.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there won't be parking at this venue, so we recommend you don't arrive by car.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, for this event you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
If you're late, you may have reduced skate time based on rink capacity.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
The rink is ADA-compliant, and wheelchair users are welcome to skate. Staff will assist if needed.
What should I wear?
Tall, thick socks and long pants are recommended for a comfortable fit. Socks must be worn with roller skates.
Can I bring my own skates?
Yes, you can bring your own roller skates or roller blades! For regular skating, the admission fee remains $30.00 for adults and $25.00 for children.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Avoid bringing large bags or luggage. Storage cubbies are available but used at your own risk. No food, beverages, or strollers are allowed in the rink area for safety reasons.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Contact the staff at the Skate Rental Check-in desk if you lose or find something.
Is coat check available?
Storage cubbies are available but used at your own risk.
Is there an age requirement?
Children aged 8 years and older are welcome. Under 18 years must be accompanied by a non-skating adult.
Will there be first aid kits if needed?
Your safety is our priority! If you need assistance, our staff and security team are available.
